The boat's hull and superstructure is steel  &  aluminium  and is 43,70 meters full length.   She will build as RINA unrestricted  class. There are 4 opening door systems in the boat.
A beach club was located on the stern side. There are 4 guest cabins and 1 master cabin on the boat. The saloon is large enough to accomadate guest communities . All areas of the boat used high sound insulation.
